1.0 is gas. absolute gas. peak. complete peak. my bones hurt, yet I yearn...

It's so frustrating cause this has been such a anticipated game for me and I've been wanting this for so long and so much of the game-play loop is incredibly exciting and I enjoy the game so much. The problem is there is so many things bringing it down; DRM, incredibly high CPU usage for NPC's, micro transactions that generally give you an advantage just for purchasing them. It's so frustrating cause I see so much love in the game and its brought down so far because of development problems behind the scene. It frustrates me so much cause I love it so much but I just can't in good faith recommend this game. Not to mention once you hit level 30-40 the game is genuinely so easy that I can kill dragons like its nothing.

Grim Dawn is right on the border of being incredibly complex but its still forgiving so you have time to understand the complexities of its systems so you can inevitably beat the hell out of the entire game as a whole into a pulp. Its as hard as you want it to be. You can smash your head into a wall until something works and makes sense, or you can follow a build guide and just absolutely decimate the entire opposition by following the most meta build possible, not to mention this game IS STILL BEING UPDATED and its almost 10 years old at this point. Phenomenal game, phenomenal developers, and I eagerly await for more plushies to drop. I am watching.
