I have to admit, I was thoroughly disappointed with Battlefield 2042, and I found myself desperately searching for a game that could truly scratch that competitive itch. Then, I came across Delta Force, and let me tell you, it delivered in every way I hoped for and more! It not only met my expectations but exceeded them in a way I didn't think was possible.

What really won me over, though, is the fact that the game isn't pay-to-win, which was a major concern of mine. While there is a battle pass for monetization, it’s all centered around cosmetic skins and boosters, which means that skill is the real determining factor. No pay-to-win mechanics here, just pure, unadulterated fun.

A huge thumbs up to Delta Force for delivering an experience that fans of the genre will truly appreciate!

When i can't hit anything in all the shooters, or i'm baked and can't play TRPG's, this is my jam!

I played the Demo when it first came out, and was very excited for the game.
And it was a great time, short but great game, very cool story telling that pulls you in immediately - Also and this surprised me a bit, I could continue the game right where the demo left off.
If you like “Papers Please” you're going to find some enjoyment in this, that being said they are widely different experiences.

Love it.

The game has come a long way since the early days, when it was "The Fallout we dont dare talk about" It's playable, and quite enjoyable now.
Does it have bugs, and problems? - Sure it does, but let me ask you this; would it be a Bethesda game if it didn't?
Is fallout 1st still insanely overpriced? - Sure, and i urge players, don't buy a 1st subscription, atleast until they drop the price.

But other than that - The game can be quite fun, playing alone. - and even more when playing with friends.
So in short - If you own it - try giving it another go! If you don't - buy it when it's on sale!

I ran the game on high settings on everything, I have an i5-9400F that's been running at 100% the entire time, so that i guessing it needs new paste of thermel compound now.
I have a 12gb 3060, no issues there..
But when the game recommends 16gb, of ram, and windows also draws some, i was pushing close to 21 gigs at some points.
For now, i cannot recommend this to anyone. It has a bunch of small bugs, even after the 3 patches so far, i was still getting stuck for upto half a minut when backing out after picking up a collectable sometimes.

New game + will have to wait till i see more patches, and then i will come back to this review.

And we're back.. I'm about halfway through "new game +" now.
So booting the game back up, after a few updates, had to do shaders agian... But that made me realise they somewhat fixed it, instead of taking 2 hours, it took me around 20 minuts, still a bit too long.
But hey i'll take it.
CPU usage seems to be more under control as well, GPU Usage is still fine, i'm running everything on high, and had a pretty stable 60 FPS, with no use of DLSS, RAM Usage is still insanely high - pushing around 19 gibs.
But the game was stable, had 1 small graphics glitch, and hey that might be the unlockable skins, that are a bit ganky.
I can atleast recommend the game now.
What still can't understand, is why the game was released in the state it was..?
I get that we all have different setups, but hey, this was nearly as bad as Jedi survivor, honestly.
Please Playstation, Naughty Dog, and who else.
I'm someone who has all playstations, all still proudly displayed. Naughty dog - I have ALL your games for each of the consoles. - LEARN FROM THIS! Don't ever piss of PC Players, you'll learn to regret it.

While i hate that you need to install the "unofficial patch" made by the community, its amazing that it literally fixes the game, and makes it not only playable - also enjoyable! I've played through it, without mods, with mods, and with only the aforementioned "unofficial patch". and i keep coming back, for a new playthrough.

Some of the most fun i've had, in all of 2020, is ghost busting in this game with my friends!
