You can access older versions through the depot thing on Steam, as well as the GFWL version through the beta tab with a code that looks something like "G4WLOriginal" but you don't really want to play any of those. Unfortunately there is no fix anywhere as far as I know, only workarounds

I also tried and tested the old version via torrent, unfortunately it did not launch either. My monitor does not have a power off button, so I unplug it.

@Decease Honestly I have no idea, but the old DX10 version doesn't have the issue (which uses games for windows live and has no DLC).
Do you need to unplug it or can you just turn it off?

Yes, if I unplug my monitor while the game is launching, the game launches, but I don't want to do this all the time. Normally I connect my Monitor via DP. I tried connecting it via HDMI and entering the game, but the game still did not launch. I deleted the graphics card driver from the device manager and the game opened this time. But after reinstalling the driver, it not launch playing the game.
