It's a "Choose your own adventure" type of game, where you're playing as a stickman named "Henry Stickmin" trying to complete a goal mostly as a thief.

The Henry Stickmin is an old series of flash games. debuting in 2008, August 27. The first game called "Breaking the bank" which is the shortest game of the bunch, and it's my least favorite, but acts as a great introduction to this comedic series. This collection also adds a brand new game to the collection.

I'm glad that this series is added to Steam, due to Flash going to shutdown in 2020 of December, it's great to have this nostalgic memory lasts with all of us, and to the people that have never played can now give it a chance, and enjoy it.

It's filled with a lot of references, such as from Mario, Sonic, Metroid, Banjoo Kazooie and many more. It's not just video games but also from movies like The Terminator. The references in this collection is one of the top reasons why I like this series, I've always liked seeing references in the entertainment media. getting the references feels like exactly knowing the secret handshake.

Away from the references filled in this collection, this "Choose your own adventure" type of game makes me wants to fail. I know that's the purpose of the game, which is to see the "fail" animations. But seeing the achievements stats for this collection, most people just wanted to reach one of the endings and get to the next game in the collection. But for me I wanted to see every single fail, get every single bio out there in all of the games in this collection. And the jokes in this game are very clever, like actually well done, it can easily you get a laugh or at least a chuckle. You most likely won't regret it.

I easily recommend this game to people who are either wants a comedic "choose your own adventure" type of game, and who are into the geek and pop culture that will most likely get the references. I've bought it at full price and I've played this series years ago when it was just a bunch of flash games, and not a single regret, enjoyed every single minute of it.


This collection, at least for me, is one the most iconic flash games, and it damn deserves it.
