I rate this game an 8/10. The only reason its not a 10/10 is because you need to poke around in the games files just to start the game up. Its not too hard to fix, but its a big turn off none the less. For me, a good game is about performance just as much as it is about the game itself, and with that said, Fallout 3 is a great game that my potato-ass laptop can run! I get a refreshing steady 60 fps with medium graphics and full render distance! The gameplay is good enough to keep me coming back, but its nothing too special. I personally havent taken a look at to modding scene but if its anything like Skyrim or Fallout 4's then there are near infinite possibilities to explore once you're bored of the base game. If you have a toaster looking ass laptop or pc and you want to play a really "Fallout-feeling" Fallout game, this is it!

(side note: fallout new vegas is very similare, but it has better gunplay but crashes often, so try that too!)
