Its one of the best games since years. I think most bad reviews coming from this complete lost new generation who has no glue what QUALITY is or game play systems that are intentionally not "modern streamlined".

The wait time for upgrading the city is intended so you have to use this systems simultaneous (and being happy to get back and see the upgrade). Also not to forget, if you are logged out this time counts future like many other systems (like sleeping in the bad and get a rest bonus). And you get the mats easily by simple playing the game not like someone who rush through (looking in every corner of an region). Its perfectly balanced and I would even dislike it without the way it works.

Short: Lovely crafted, best level design and atmosphere to every corner.

@Devs: good that you forced DLSS (runs better now) but this isn't the way to bring performance to a software.
