Whatever I say is not going to be enough to say how good this game is for what it is. Really refreshing concept. Totally recommend. Plus it's from a French studio, so I'd double recommend because I'm clearly biased on that. Don't read the rest of my review, just go watch the trailer and if you like it then go get it! ... Anyways would love to see a more polished sequel using this idea ; some guesswork was necessary in this one, also I never understood how the main character just sees the alphabet and directly knows the sound for it and vice versa, maybe the deciphering could be more fleshed out because how do they know what to draw and what word matches them even when you as the player totally got the word wrong?...maybe they did it on purpose to make it more accessible but after watching the trailer and a few reviews about how you go about deciphering unknown languages at first I was ready with my pen and paper and headphones (which is rare for me for single player games) only to have my hand held by the game for those parts and for some parts I was forced to guess a few matches because from the limited context from inside the game it was hard knowing what word it was. Would love to see a specialized LLM in the next game for validating your guesses and more content to help you guess the word and not just 2 pages of seemingly half-random drawings as soon as you've got enough glyphs or have reached a certain room. I'm saying all this but if they put out another one without changing the mechanics but making everything better I'll get it anyways... cheers :-)

p.s. Love how it just runs at 4 W CPU and 400 MHz GPU (45 FPS) on the Steam Deck, I got like 5 hours of battery life with the game.
