il just type here:

Go to options

click on "Advanced..."

enable console

go to miscellanous

then look for Toggle developer console

bind any key like 9 for example

then click on the button while in game (thats how mine wrks dont know y it dosnt do that in the menu)

type: bind (insert key here) kill

and now u should have the kill comman, u can do the same thing for explode (just type "explode" instead of kill
