The driving, shooting and flying mechanics makes me feel more like a milsim than an atual ghost op.

The game attempts at being both a tactical shooter that allows for indepth planning and execution of a mission, whilst also leaning heavily on casual gameplay mechanics, that completely go against the first part.
Planes and helicopters only really go forward and up, and the rest is handled by the game.
The same with driving - GTA kinda showed the gold standard for that.
Shooting is fun for the most part, but people who were dreaming of long distance engagement can kiss that dream goodbye. Bullet drop is turned to the max, as the game doesnt want to push the render distance.

It's just a mess that tries to cater to too many people, instead of focusing on one group of players.

Some games are hard because they offer challenging gameplay with enemies that are difficult to kill, yet have some distinct flaw that you take advantage of. This game is not that.
It is hard because of its sloppy game design that offers nothing more than an inconsitent and unreliable experience.
You hardly ever feel fast, as animations and the grapling hook feel slugish and slow things down. Also, you never really build any momentum. Your running speed is as fast as it gets; so building up speed is not something you'll find, in this game about high speed combat.

This game is also about chasing that perfect round -
But in reality that's an infuriating mess, when you can't rely on the tools given to you. It's more frustrating than it is fun - and not in the Dark Souls kind of way. You wont be killed by the guy you're currently engaging - no... You'll be killed by his buddy behind you, or worse you'll be killed when you magically phase through him, and he 180 no scopes you.

It's good fun with friends, and I'd recommend buying it when it's on sale. But I can't recommend it at full price, due to the game being poorly optimized.
Stuttery 60fps, take it or leave it.
The hallmark of most indie developed games.

It's far too hard to get better equipment when you first start off the game. This makes the game almost unplayable as a beginner, since the first rifles you recieve aren't as good as everyone elses. Most of them take far too many bullets with a slow rate of fire, to earn a kill with, rendering them nearly useless in mid to close range combat where you dont have the ability to take the enemy by suprise.
