Capcom, like most other Japanese game studios, enjoy shooting themselves and their IPs in the feet almost as an obligation. I'm just glad their heads aren't entirely shafted up their asses. RE7 was quite good, and RE8 is looking promising. This TDM shit seems like a detached-from-reality afterthought, which is fine. I ain't playing it.
At least it's not RE 5 and 6.
And if you're not pissed at Capcom for this, why?
