This game absolutely slaps. An absolutely brilliant remake of the original that brings back so many precious memories from 2005.

In short, you reach the climax at the very start of the game. The most interesting and engaging part of the game happens in the first half of playtime. After that, you experience probably one of the most boring parts resident evil has to offer. Thank god Duke was there to lighten the mood. It's a very short game so I would probably wait another year and pick it up when the price drops to a $30 special or something.

When I usually play a VR game, I look at 3 things: audio & visuals, game mechanics, user interface. At the moment, Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim VR only satisfied a third of the categories.

Let's talk about the best it has to offer. Visually, the game is spectacular on a VR headset, and you find yourself being immersed into the Elder Scrolls world quite easily. Unfortunately, that's about it. The games best feature is dragged down significantly by how the game plays as a VR title along with it's clunky user interface (even with mods installed).

Mechanically, the game is frustrating to navigate through and swordplay is pretty much a bore. You are better off playing as an archer or mage in this game. The game has no proper grab mechanics or sword hit-boxes, so it just feels like you are swinging swords around over and over again with no skill required. It would have been interesting if the developers somehow made the combat similar to that of Blade and Sorcery, where your physical attacks have more impact to it.

You can tell that Bethesda put the bare minimum into this game, just milk that Skyrim cash cow even more. It looks like a VR title, but plays like a PC game. They gave you a bowl of delicious soup, but you can only eat it with chop sticks.

In short, the price tag is not justified, and I would suggest you only pick this game up for the purposes of immersing yourself in the game, not to play it. Pick it up only if it's on a 75% or more sale.

Great game, terrible on the PC. If you are thinking of picking up this game, even on sale, think again. This game is extremely unstable and will crash on you. I blame the new Rockstar launcher, because these issues did not exist when I played it on PC almost 10 years ago. Rockstar will probably not fix these issues, because this game is old.

Playing this game, gives me the same nostalgia vibes like when I played Episode Two back in 2007. It feels great to truly jump back into this game within a Virtual world.

Early Access Review
Phasmaphobia is a fun, semi-scary game that you can play with friends or dive into solo, if you have the balls.

I always loved those fake ghost hunting TV shows, and thought that it would always be fun to be a ghost hunter. Well, now I finally get to have that opportunity, kind of. It does take a few games to get a hang of it, but the mechanics of the game are pretty straight forward. You gather your equipment, look for clues to determine your ghost, and then... that's it.

The game does get repetitive quite quickly once you have played every map a few times. While there are different types of ghosts, they all kind of feel the same when it comes to being hunted by them. The only interesting ghost is the wraith that can move through walls, while the other ghosts just has some quirks that sometimes make them harder to identify.

The game clearly shows its early-access colours once you get used to it. The game is compatible with VR, although I haven't had the opportunity to play it because I have no headset.

The developers can make the game better if they make the ghosts look and feel more unique, add some more interesting mission objectives (other than taking pictures of bones and dirty water), and fix some of the annoying bugs. Hopefully, we get regular updates to the game given its recent popularity.

All in all, the game is fun, and it is well worth picking it up considering its relatively cheap price.

From a universal disaster to an enjoyable time killer. Everyone knows by now what a catastrophe this game was when it was first released. Hello Games have certainly redeemed themselves in the last few years by releasing constant new updates and features to this game, when they could have just gapped it like most developers do.

The game is completely different and offers so much more than it did at first. I would definitely recommend picking the game up on a sale.

2022 update: Still mint.

This game gives you the impression that it's nothing but a dumb 2-D game. On the surface that much is true, but as soon as you penetrate it, you discover a whole new world.

This game certainly kicks things up a notch. Don't let the graphics fool you. If you have friends who play this, then definitely play it together.
