Seriously, I swear I don't know how this happens. For most people, those are working. And I've checked for all the textures to be there. Maybe it's something in Workshop system that screws up addons with the same texture files? I have no idea.

I think there's an issue with the GMod Octo Sisters models, specifically Marie's. I've got all the requirements on my end, but the textures for the head and hands of the model aren't working
