This was initially my favorite game to play but it has the most incompetent developers that I have ever heard of in my entire life. Every update makes the game worse and makes me hate it more and more. I would consider this game unplayable in this state and it is so disappointing to see considering how much joy this game used to bring to me and my friends. Initially it was perfect for couch co-op and I would occasionally use the VR settings to have a little bit of fun and immerse myself in the beautiful music and visuals. Then the devs dropped an update that completely bricked local multiplayer and did not fix it for several months. When they finally dropped a new update (thankfully) "fixing" local co-op, the game would occasionally stutter and this would lead to missed inputs. Thankfully (at the time), this was semi rare. Every single update that the devs have pushed since has caused the stuttering to become more and more pronounced and now even the single player is a stuttering mess. I have attempted changing my visual settings, I have tried different controllers, etc. I am on an 3070ti and a 9900k and am on fiber. I am also using a Samsung 980 pro 2tb and I have zero issues with any other games what so ever performance wise. I have tried re-installing, and have friends who suffer from the same exact issues with this game. I just played four or five ranked online matches and had a single one (the first one, the performance issues only get worse as you play) that I would consider playable at all. This game is so frustrating because it is beautiful, fun, and has a style and atmosphere that is entirely worth the steeper price.

TLDR: The devs have turned a fantastic game into a stuttering and unplayable mess that is not worth $5, let alone $40. I have no idea why this is the case considering it ran fantastically when I first got the game but this game will now sit in my "unplayable" category in my library considering the atrocious state of the game's performance.
