Love these little guys

The game runs too poorly for the image quality, in movement the colours are nice and it's very readable, but the still image of the game is very underwhelming compared to previous titles.

I like that they got a lot of Quality of Life from Rise, but I do not like the QOL of seeing monsters instantly on the map with no hunting/investigating. It feels more like Monster Fighter than Hunter.

The monster/meal/gather notifications are very annoying, especially since they block some key inputs during the notification until it disappears. It would be nice if we could turn off that feature using the hide HUD options but we cannot. The Handler already announces in exploration if something had spawned. So your map, handler and these side notifications all say when something had spawned.

It would have been nice if we could have looked at the weather change and said to ourselves: "Oh, a storm started! Rey Dau must have spawned" But instead we're fed 3 different channels of information before we can even think for ourselves.

The increased variety of armours with both male and female being interchanged is nice.
Palicoes are cute.
The fishing is nice.

It's like they rolled EDF 6, 7, 8 and 9 into one game!

Price is a bit high for a silly coop game, especially considering there's deluxe editions and probably more purchasable cosmetics along the way.
I'd say wait to purchase.
