possibly the best game i have played in my life

everything about the game besides the gameplay sucks. which sounds like a good thing, but even the gameplay is tainted by the worst matchmaking on the planet.

It's an okay game with a lot of poor design choices. The base game is promising, but scattered throughout there seem to be a lot of poorly thought out aspects in certain relics, maps, and more. At this time, there is not enough content to justify the price tag, as you will quickly bore of the base game, there is no progression to speak of and the "ascension" mode Cruciball amplifies a lot of the poor design choices making the game heavily dependent on luck with many runs being non-starters based on factors completely out of the player's control.

this game is brutally hard. especially the first world. but it is addicting, and there are SO many paths to take that it doesn't really get repetitive. 10/10

A+++ tier.

I hate this game. I have no idea why I keep coming back to it. It's like stockholm syndrome, except I don't even like it when I'm playing. I hate the glitches. I hate the lack of players. I hate how LONG levels take once you're past 85 or so. EVERY LEVEL ABOVE 95 TAKES LIKE A HUNDRED HOURS. WHO DESIGNED THIS INSANITY

Amazing game. Overall it has a really solid base and brings back a strong feeling of nostalgia for the old asteroids combined with the excitement of a rogue lite with awesome mechanics. Super replayable, lots of fun.

It definitely needs some fine-tuning and minor quality of life features, a less clunky escape menu in game, and some more clarity for new players (for example, the random powerups like when you go rainbow ingame are super unclear in both their effects and what causes you to get them), but it's in beta so as it is it's amazing!
