This game has quite a learning curve but if you get past it, it is very enjoyable.
Ratios are the hardest to learn but many skills aren't required early game, just makes it easier.
This is one of those games where you say you will go to bed by 12AM and you look over to see its 3AM.
Very addictive, and with friends it makes the experience more fun.
Even after you get the base game down, there are so many mods, it can be replayed in many different ways.
