I grabbed this game for free right before it got pulled from the Steam shop (aparently devs had to do so due to expiring licensing rights) and decided to give it a go just to be really surprised by how good it actually is. It's a great take on the "push box" style of puzzles, improving it with its own mechanics that are not only fun and refreshing but very fitting into the theme of the game.

Everything is really well done, the humor, the cute yet gory graphics, the soundtrack (with some real bangers) and a perfectly executed level design. The Friday the 13th flavor is just the cherry on top that brings everything together into one of the best casual puzzle games I've played. It is really sad that a gem like this had to be unlisted, it deserved to keep going along with the franchise launching new episodes for every new movie that came out.

The only negative thing about it is that the final chapters, some character skins and achievements are currently impossible to have since they're DLC-only and those are also unlisted like the game. It's probably not happening but I hope the devs update the game making the rest of the locked content available to everyone that managed to get a copy.

If you have it in your library, it's a great game to pass some hours and you should definitely play it.

When I picked this game up on Steam I was afraid it wouldn't be as good as the childhood memories I had of it... and it was actually a dozen times better.

Stronghold is an absolute masterpiece that aged extremely well. I'm not a fan of the RTS genre and even still I couldn't put the game down until I finished the main campaign. It was 20+ hours of pure fun (except for mission 15... but we don't talk about it) and there's still so much to try: a secondary campaing, multiplayer and tons of custom maps (that can be played on both attacker and defender perspectives, basically doubling the amount). It's an absurd quantity of high quality content of a game that passed the test of time with honors, all that for a price that is way more than reasonable even outside of sales. So go pick it up and have fun :)

PS.: the only two negative points in my experience were the friendly units AI and the lack of some information inside the game, specially regarding shortcuts. The AI issue can be managed but requires that you keep an eye for the pathfinding of your units and sometimes issue some extra commands, otherwise they may end up going all over the place (this is extra bothersome when ordering them to dig). For the shortcuts, I just figured them out by trying out keys but apparently they're listed in a ReadMe file in the game folder and in the game manual as well. But if you want to check them more easily, here's a link for them: https://steamproxy.net/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=295415739

Recomendo :)

A mini-golf type of game with a cool and puzzling twist: you have multiple balls to chose from and each one of them has a different ability related to an animal. You start each level with a recommended team of animals but you can change those to any combination you'd like, giving the player multiple ways of collecting the stars and finishing the levels. It's a fun little game that rewards not only skill but also creativity.

A simple yet very fun puzzle game.
Sadly it's a little too short but definitely worth buying and checking out
I'd really love to play more of it, if there's ever a new edition of Puzzletronics with more challenges and levels I'd buy for sure

As a former player of the Yu-Gi-Oh TCG, DL is a great game to spend some time without having to spend as much money as on the original game (it is F2P but you can pay to speed up your collection, just like any CCG). Sadly, you can only obtain multiple copies of some cards by paying, which limits the decks you can make as a F2P player... nothing you can't play around though, since what I like the most is deck building and having limited resources to work with only makes it more challenging. I can see this being a big issue for some though, forcing them to spend money on the game to finish the decks they want.

Ps.: Highly addictive, for better and for worse. Beware.
