Clive is absolutely amazing, fosho gonna be my main.
I think as a fighting game character, he fits in extremely well, even if hes 1000x flashier than other characters.
All the people that are complaining about him having a sword, please explain me the following;
Why doesn't anyone complain about Yoshimitsu, that had a sword since Tekken 1, why is no one reacting allergic to victor, that can literally teleport on top of your screen and split your head in 2 with some crazy hyper technology sword, whilst shooting at you.
And to the people complaining that it isnt Tifa:
Yes, while i agree that Tifa is a perfect fit for the Tekken Series, it's still haradas game and he can introduce any character HE desires.
Clive is also a good addition to Tekken, to attract more casual players especially since hes so flashy, why are we against building a bigger community?
I think the Tekken & FF Team did an amazing job with clive, tho i still miss my dear noctis D:

12h into the DLC, its absolutely fire.
Like 99% of the negative reviews, are because of the server issues( WHICH HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH THE CONTENT OF THE DLC ).
These kids are crying way too much and trying to nitpick everything bad about this DLC, this DLC not only rivals forsaken, but may actually a bit better than it.
I will have to sink in some more hours to see what more this DLC has.
And for gods sake, stop crying about bungie releasing the content into several acts.
When bungie releases all content in a single patch, people cry about all the stuff being released way too early and theres nothing to grind for.
If the content is released through severeal updates, people will cry about not being able to enjoy the full content, get your ♥♥♥♥ together.

Im not good at Tekken, nor have i ever been good at Tekken, despite it being a game i grew up with since i was little.
Still Tekken 8 feels (atleast for me) like an insane upgrade to T7 in many regards.
I love the newly implemented heat system, i LOVE LOVE LOVE the new practice tool options, you have so much more to train with, which also probably makes this the most beginner friendly Tekken game outta them all.
The only issues im having with this game are the insanely greedy monetization(Which also partly makes the game P2W, which i will explain later), and the 50/50's.
I don't know if im alone on that, but i feel like there are just way too many 50/50's in this game compared to previous games.
Still, i find Tekken 8 to be the smoothest Tekken we have had so far(Except maybe TTT2).
Everything just feels buttery smooth, the animations are clean, the rage arts are so much more cinematic and feel rewarding to hit and makes you much more hype when you use them, the absolutely astonishing graphics just support this so much and make this game an absolute Cinema to play.

For Monetization, theres 2 Issues i have: The Battlepass, The DLC Characters.
While the Battlepass isn't some groundbreaking issue, since like pretty much every other game, exclusively offers cosmetics, which im still kind of okay with in F2P games, that need to keep themselves above water somehow.
But in Tekken 8, a game that is already up for 70€, i don't see why we would need a Battlepass PLUS even an item shop.
I find this to be kinda insane in an fighting game.
Now the biggest issue, which makes "F2P" players not being able to practice against certain characters.
There always have been DLC Characters in Tekken, and im not having a problem with them being overpowered, since so far none of them have been, but the issue that as long as you dont own that particular DLC Character, you cant train against them in Practice.
This is a really big problem, since you can literally only train against them when you play against them every other match, and there you can't see certain details like Frames e.t.c.

I would still recommend this game as a long time Tekken fan, but probably only when you can grab it at a discount.
If you're a fighting game enthusiast, its also worth to just grab the game for 70€ if you can't wait for a discount.

♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ hell Summer is a baddie.
Give me romance options in this game and its a 11/10

I dont have too much playtime, but i cant describe how much i recommend this game.
Its insanely fun with friends, so far probably one of the best rogue-likes ive played, if not THE best.
I like how the characters are designed, but who really catched my attention was Alladin, i love his fast & flashy gameplay with the combos he gains through leveling.
The only issue i have is that so far there is only 1 World to play in with 1 boss, but this game is in Early Acess so i dont mind it too much.
Good replayability✅

Can play with friends✅
Good Leveling system✅

Absolutely recommend this game to everyone who is invested in rogue-likes.
