Absolutely hands-down one of the greatest single player story/character-driven experiences in video game history. These games are a literal piece of video game canon and should be played by anyone who enjoys a fantastic storytelling experience. The remaster is now the definitive way to experiences these two games, and I can't believe how well the devs pulled this off. I seriously think that every single person should play these games not only as a testament to history of third-person adventure games, but also as a thank you to the dedication that passionate archivists and developers poured into this project.

I can't say enough good things about Legacy of Kain, and frankly I'm biased because this series is very close to my heart. I have been planning on getting a massive Soul Reaver tattoo for quite some time and with the remaster coming out, now is officially the time to do it. I never thought I would see this series come back after so many years, and it warms my heart to know that fans are still here supporting all of the writers, voice actors, developers, and artists who were involved.

If you're debating whether or not you should play this game, the answer is right in front of you— of course you should. You are literally experiencing a piece of video game history akin to things like No One Lives Forever, Max Payne, Metal Gear Solid, Shadow of the Colossus, or The Talos Principle. This is an important marker in adventure games, story-heavy games, third person games, whatever. Just get out there and play it. Experience the love and passion that so many of us grew up with, you won't regret it.

It's a really cute lewd platforming game, and while the controls feel a little floaty, overall the game is a fantastic simple metroidvania like akin to Axiom Verge. It's obviously not super deep and some of the pacing could have been more stretched out across the entire game (in the beginning you'll be bombarded with side-quests), but it was an enjoyable and cute experience. The art was great and it was just a cute lewd game. I'd love to see a sequel in the future with more content.

Managed democracy will always be the dominant force in the galaxy. Fellow helldivers, we are a community, and it is a strong one. The developers are incredible and deserve all the support we can give them.

Without a doubt, it's one of the greatest games I've ever played. The Talos Principle 1 was already a masterpiece to me, since I group up as a kid playing games like The Secret of Monkey Island and Myst— TTP1 recaptured my curiosity as a puzzle gamer and gave me an experienced that I enjoyed for several years. I've dumped over 100 hours playing the first game, and the sequel here is just an elevation of that same experience. While some people might say the story is stuffy or very different from the first game, that's true. It's a natural progression of events and it definitely leaves the player wanting more. This is an experience I did a completionist run on the first time I played, and truthfully I wish I hadn't. I perfected the ending on my first run and happily poured the hours in without a guide or hints to help, but I wish I didn't. I feel like this game is definitely one I will return to, but each time I do it, I will be compelled to complete it with totality every time I do. I hope that makes sense, but if it doesn't, think about it like this— in the Talos Principle 1, you could very happily beat the game without collecting all of the golden stars. In that game, the stars in my opinion were an added difficulty bonus that amounted in an ending that didn't feel fulfilling in my eyes. The Road to Gehenna expansion was absolutely perfect though because it gave me an epilogue that felt like the entire experience came full circle, and it left me absolutely eager to find out what happens next for our main character. With The Talos Principle 2, I feel like the story is so tightly woven and contained that it leaves little room for imagination about what could happen next, but either way, I'm in for the ride.

The greatest joy in my eyes would be seeing TTP2 get an expansion and a third game to conclude the story. If the devs ever read this, please... please give us more. I know it's difficult and the bar has now been raised because of how well this design language was, but we would love to see more. I would love to see these characters again, I would love to see more puzzles with more unique twists and tools. I would love to see how this new society thrives, and I want them to thrive, not by solving everything with advanced technology, but through grit and learning— through suffering, memory, and evolution. Through living. I need to know how this ends.

If you are someone who hasn't played TTP2 yet, but you've played the first game, you should get started right now. If you haven't played either, get out of here and go play both of them immediately.

There's no reason to hate this game. It's Deus Ex HR/MK but open world. Yes the launch was terrible, but I jumped in around EdgeRunners and had a blast with this game. I love the universe/world it carries, and want more content out of this so bad. It's just a really fun experience. Coming from someone who fell in love with janky games like STALKER, this feels very polished by comparison and I love it.

Absolutely one of the most comfy platform games you could ever play. A cozy 5.5 hours for a complete run, and well worth the money. The dialogue is very cute and the gameplay loop gives you a sense of raw fun while exploring that builds on its own foundation. An absolutely fantastic game for first-time platformer players, or people looking for a more relaxed experience.

Absolutely one of the best games I've ever played. The game gives you such an incentive to keep performing the tasks that you're doing, which in turn feeds into the player's motivation to keep going further and further. If you're tired of other games giving you nothing more than "go here do this" then consider this as something that performs that formula but shakes it up so that the journey and gameplay loop is different. The story is great, and definitely no-where near as confusing as people make it out to be; it's a standard sci-fi story that I haven't seen before, and I enjoy it. If I had to give the game some negative criticism, I think there are some things that could be fixed in later patches. Specifically, I think it's silly you don't get to use your music player while you're out and about in the game, maybe that'll occur later or on NG+ but I'm not sure. Another issue could be menu management; if you like things like the Resident Evil 4 inventory system and organizing things gives you joy then you will have fun with this, but it *CAN* be a little tedious to have to constantly open a menu to perform tasks (think Metal Gear Solid 3 Standard Edition when you had to swap camo constantly). The vehicle movement in the first section of the game was pretty nice, but man hitting the second section of the game has made the bike physics sometimes go all over the place. Sometimes you'll "jump" with the bike and just float up a good 30 feet even though you were hardly going fast at all, but it's ultimately not taken away from the experience of the game at all. I've been having minor glitches with my Xbox One wireless controller in that on occasion the game will behave like I just rapidly hit X or the Start button over and over again, but I'm not sure what's going on there (could just be the transmitter getting interference rather than the game). Lastly, this is probably my biggest complaint, even though some people will just scoff it off as my fault— in the game you can trust your cargo to other people to deliver it for you, so you have a backup if you can't finish a delivery, and when you're returning missing/dropped cargo to a client while also carrying someone ELSE'S lost cargo, the game will finish the selection for Client 1's delivery, then transition into the Entrust menu for the other client's lost cargo. This is EXTREMELY annoying because I've accidentally missed the highlight on the menu title and just skipped through so fast that I've entrusted cargo I didn't want to. I think they really need to take this out of the game and just have the Entrust Cargo menu as it's own separate terminal option (which it already is, but stop transitioning to it after making a delivery). I know it sounds stupid but I've lost a lot of stuff accidentally by doing that. Either way, those are really my only complaints. This game is one of the best I've ever played, and it keeps me engaged. Compare this to other games like Mad Max where you literally have to go to places, look around, take objectives which are "go here do this, drive back;" Death Stranding manages to turn that experience into an entertaining one, and I don't think a game has ever done such a good job. I can TOTALLY see why this game is divisive for people in the industry, but in my opinion, it is absolutely worth full price. Still even after 150 hours in this game I'm still having immense amounts of fun with it, and I look forward to any other projects that Kojima puts out.

Easily one of the most emotional video games I've ever played. A MUST play for anyone who is somewhat into video games. A perfect definition of what a video game is.

This game is absolutely one of the best games I've ever played. I enjoy being on it every single day, and I don't find myself ever getting bored of talking to other people. If you want to reach out to people anonymously and help others, you should play this.

Without getting into an overly lengthy explanation for why this game is amazing, I'm going to summarize and simply state that this game is one of the most creative indie games I've played in the past few years. It combines platforming with a unique laser-cutting teraforming mechanic that gives the game a very creative feel. Players will enjoy this simple little game, and I think for $10 it is well worth the 2-5 hour experience.
