Its a great game, or it could have been. But the developers are too blindsighted by their braindead greed instead of fixing the insane amount of issues the game has.

Bots playing the game has become a common spam in matches, ♥♥♥♥♥♥ players exploiting and abusing the system just to grief and/or avoid you getting the kills, blatant pay to win mechanics and schemes even if it can be acquired by playing it takes so much time that 99.9% of players will never get it.
Constantly changing mechanics, statistics, and behaviours for no reason making the whatever balance the game has destroyed.
Seemingly on purpose dead spots in each nation's progression in vehicles to force the player buy a premium in order to pass it without horrendously suffering through it.

They decided to add modern vehicles that are still in use, with mostly secret statistics about them, making them blatantly overpowered in the side of the china and russian vehicles and armament or underpowered in the side of eastern nations' vehicles.

Drones and other stupid free things in ground battles that are just there to promote revenge kills or practically legally cheating if they are in squads.

The developers neglect fixing major issues for years like poor tank and wheel tracks and unrealistically poor performance on them, jiggling/wiggling missiles reducing their range and turn rate whenever that bug happens, and tank projectiles being insanely inconsistent (especially sabot and heat)

The game is unique, yes - but the constant poor choices on the developers' side just keeps bringing it down more and more to the point where its obvious that they are just there to get as much money as possible from players, as fast as possible (just look at the costs of packs, they are more than AAA games most of the time)
