As being someone who desperately was ready for more FromSoftware experience, this is a dagger to the heart. They made what could have been a great time, into something that makes you feel like you can't even take a second to breathe. The storm in the game is one of the worst ideas in gaming in a long time. Not being able to explore the map, which is a KEY component of FromSoftware game is outlandish. Trying to explore a cavern and then seeing the blue from the storm is a terrible experience. I don't see what they were putting the storm in the game for. Fortnite does the storm well, as its a battle royale that need a storm or matches will go on forever. This game is NOT a battle Royale, and does NOT need a storm, especially one that is 250 MPH. This is not the multiplayer Elden Ring that the community needed. This tarnished the holy name that is Elden Ring.

I played the original release back when it first released, and loved it. When Skyrim came out I was known as the weirdo that likes Oblivion more, or "just wanting to be different."

But I did, I liked Skyrim, don't get me wrong, heck I even loved it. But I adored Oblivion.. Oblivion was there for me when I went through a lot of hardship as a child. I would always resort back to making a new save, and trying different builds. I loved it.

When the news broke that Oblivion was getting remastered, I was so happy but then time ticked, and ticked and tocked.. and it never came.. until now... When the announcement on YouTube dropped, I couldn't even get past the countdown, I began to flow with tears, my wife had to console me, but she wasn't consoling 26 year old me, no... she was consoling the 8 year old past me, and made me feel alive again. This game is a masterpiece and the remaster is as well. They did such a good job, it's amazing. I adore how they did it while keeping ALL of the charm. Thank you Bethesda, Todd and Virtuos.. for this amazing experience, once again.

Crash bug fest. It was a easy money grab from EA and they still need to fix the constant mess ups. Shadows popping in and out, sims getting stuck in place. Overall mess. When the game works, its fun. But having to constantly be wary of a crash and losing hours of progress is not a good time.

I had a huge itch to re play through Super Mario 64, and after seeing i had to update my Dolphin, I decided to pass. I hopped on Reddit and asked for Super Mario 64 like games.

Oh boy did I find one..

Poi is a super cute, super fun and despite being my first time playing it, it felt nostalgic. It is so fluid, where during a later level I felt like I was speed running it as the roll into a mega jump, wall jump combo is addicting. The medals gave star vibes and It was a blast to collect them all. I would 100% recommend anyone getting this game, whether its for their kids, or even for themselves. It was a fantastic experience, and it was a perfect way to start my 2025. Thanks PolyKid.

Yapping, the video game.

Concept is great! But the community sadly is just as bad, if not worse than the first game. People will spawn in, be innocent, and just blast everyone while screaming vulgar terms. Totally ruins the experience but to them I guess its "Having fun."

This is also a rough decision.

Demonologist is good, and the scares can be good, like the first time you see them after that, the trigger scares are more of a "wow cool" feeling. I like the game, don't get me wrong. If you are thinking of getting this game for the exorcisms, I would refrain. They are quite bare bones. 1 is a fetch quest, one is stand on a zappy thing and do it 3 times. They just feel like time wasters that can be done in like 20 seconds. Customization is nice though, and the different bases are cool, other than they get laggy when you get the big ones. This game to me just feels to same-y and needs a little big of randomness and maybe, if possible, some difference seeds for the maps so they don't feel exactly the same every time. 7/10

This is on the very thin line of yes and no.

This game is a slightly more complex ghost hunting game, but with exorcisms. The exorcisms are awesome looking and give a super creepy feeling... The first time you do it.. After that it feels more so like a checklist. Put sign down, items, name, CLOSE CLOSE CLOSE, bass drops, ghost exiled. If there was more unique exorcisms it would feel better to play. Some of the maps are pretty nice and looping the ghost is a fun time sometimes. Overall I'd give the game and game play a 7...

BUT

This game has the WORST achievement list that I have EVER seen. Absolutely dreadful, fomo achievement stuff is remarkably bad. Who ever thought that was a good idea.. That alone drops it to 4 as I have never seen a achievement list so bad before.

Little Kitty Big City is a Little game with Big heart and personality. Never have I played a game where it is so soothing and just pleasant. 2024 needs more platformer-puzzle solvers. This game is perfect for the completionists like myself, and even the non gamer. My fiancee does not play games, but even she was having a blast looking for ducklings. The animations on the cat is phenomenal, they look so realistic is uncanny. The crawling under the hole animation and the Biiiig Stretch is beautifully made as my 3 cats do that same animation every morning when they wake up. My biggest problem (if you could even call it that.) was a slippery banana issue, which was peeled almost instantly by the Dev team and Steve is wonderful for communicating and giving me the heads up and fixing the issue super fast. I would love to see more from this Dev team as what they made was just a joy.

Gaming has became this trope where every game has to be a 60+ hour slogg but LKBC is the opposite, a breath of fresh air. I played it on XBOX GAME PASS PC but after realizing how much I enjoyed my time there, I had to get it on Steam. If you are contemplating getting it, try it on XGP, but trust me, this is a game you can bite the bullet and get because its worth every penny.

I used to play a galactic conquest every day before dinner back in the day with my dad on the O.G Xbox, it was a crucial part to my upbringing.

When this game got announced I was so excited, I was genuinely shaking as it caught me by surprise, and after dreadfully waiting for the release, that day is here. I'm so much more than disappointed, I am angry.

This game is a mess and letting a company release a game like this, at this state is horrific. Game is full of SO MANY BUGS, and the sad part is, most of them didn't exist in the original game. The galactic conquest U.I is broken, if your ship gets destroyed, it soft locks you as you can not spawn another one in. Items that you buy in GC, randomly disappear. Even super simple things like changing the Zoom key to be 2024 normal key like the right mouse click, is broken and that also does not work. Game feels like trash when playing it as it feels clunky, and not O.G 2004 game clunky, no... More so 2024 insanely obvious money making cash grab clunky. The new Saint's Row feels miles better than this, and that game is awful. For them to "play-test" this and say that this an okay state to launch a game, shows that gaming in 2024 isn't about reliving nostalgia moments and making sure your players have a good time, it's about tossing out some barely working garbage to get the loyal player base to shut up about a Star Wars Battlefront 2 remake or a BF3. By this release, it alone has proved to me that this company does NOT like the players keeping this game in their hearts and who have had good memories with this game in their past.

Just as the galaxy that is far, far away.. I suggest you follow suit and stay far, far away.
