I don’t usually bother with early reviews, but I gotta say something here. Honestly, I’m baffled by folks whining about performance issues. What kind of potato configs are you running? I’m pulling an easy 100 FPS with everything cranked to cinematic, ray tracing maxed out, on an ultrawide monitor with a NVIDIA 4080 Super without even using frame generation.

This is ridiculous! This game auto-detects your keyboard layout based on the OS language (I guess), and since Switzerland doesn't use the French layout, I can't play with the right keys. Worse, multiple actions are bound to the same key by default, and when I try to remap them, the game blocks me, saying the key's already taken. What a poorly designed mess!

Fun game that reminds me of early 2000s movies.

Stellar Blade is an absolute masterpiece! It’s easily one of my favorite games, delivering a thrilling and visually stunning experience. The gameplay is incredibly fun, with smooth combat and engaging mechanics that keep you hooked. While the story is captivating, I would’ve loved more narrative depth and additional story content to flesh out the world and characters. That said, it’s still a fantastic game that I highly recommend to anyone looking for an unforgettable and fun action-packed adventure!

Mecha Break is an exhilarating game that’s a must-play for mecha fans. It offers a diverse roster of mechs, each with unique mechanics to master, providing deep and engaging gameplay. The fast-paced combat, stunning visuals and animations make it one of the standout titles for mecha enthusiasts.

I wasn't expecting it to be so much fun. I saw that Asmongold and Az played the game, and it made me want to try it for myself. I highly recommend it. It’s really enjoyable! :)

Since the nerf, I’ve lost motivation to play the game. I only log in to claim the daily bonus and nothing more. I was excited to build Serena, but after nerfing Ines and announcing plans to nerf Serena, it feels pointless. I used to buy skins I liked to support the game, but I haven’t purchased any since the nerf. Instead of relying on opinions from a few vocal players on Discord, why not implement in-game surveys to gather feedback from the entire community?
They confirmed during the Season 3 presentation that no further nerfs will be implemented. Season 3 looks great!

Old / Original Review :
I’ve played a few hours and I must say, I’m really digging this game (way more than Avengers and The Division 1, which are the closest games I’ve played). However, there are a few hiccups, like the optimization and the shop.

Regarding optimization, the game is perfectly playable if you have a decent rig. But let’s talk about the shop. I’m not entirely against the prices, even though I wish they were lower (who doesn’t love a good bargain?). I get that an ultimate character might be pricey since it's essentially an endgame goal.

My biggest gripe with the shop is selling currency packs in weird amounts, like 520, while a basic character costs 600. It’s like buying socks that only come in packs of three – what am I supposed to do with the extra one? I loathe these practices. Yet, I still bought the biggest pack because I want to support the developer who finally brings us awesome characters in a game again.

And for the grand finale, you can get Bunny with her skin for 3000 credits. The 5000 credit pack throws in some extras, but the 3000 pack has the skin everyone’s after. So no, the character doesn’t cost $100.

Cette extension élève encore davantage le niveau d'excellence déjà établi par le jeu de base. Pour ma part, j'ai eu la chance de ne rencontrer aucun problème majeur dès la sortie du jeu, bien que je comprenne que cette expérience puisse varier pour d'autres. Un grand bravo à CD PROJEKT RED pour leur habileté constante à nous captiver et enrichir notre expérience de jeu. Vu cette qualité exceptionnelle, qui, je l'espère, sera maintenue, je vais indubitablement continuer à précommander leurs jeux, comme j'ai déjà eu le plaisir de le faire, en soutien à leur engagement envers l'excellence dans le développement de jeux vidéo.

Les mods rendent ce jeu incroyable même après tant d'années.

Très bon jeu avec une bande-son incroyable ! Pour moi l'histoire est digne d'un film Gardiens de la Galaxie. Du très bon boulot !
