All nice and dandy until you lose a ship due to a connection issue (not client side) and the customer support, very politely, tells you to suck it up and that if you'll try to complain again on that issue you'll get punished.
I know that "it's Eve, you don't fly what you cannot afford to lose", but I never thought they meant that for both inside the game and out.

Relaxing, gorgeous with enough depth to keep it interesting

Happily played 1308 hours, mostly exclusively online, up 'till today.
Now we have a crappy rootkit-anticheat that precludes Steamdeck and Linux Users to play.

It wouldn't be "that bad" if it hadn't been labelled as "Free to Play". It's technically a demo, address it as such.

Have been playing since early access, can't stop recommending it. Kind of a mix between sandbox/survival/story driven, with an entire ecosystem at your disposal to mess with.
