I am damned, eternally bound within this wretched realm—WRATH: Aeon of Ruin promised salvation, but delivered only hollow torment.

At first glance, this purgatory is alluring. The bleak beauty of these cursed halls, grotesque beasts prowling shadowed corridors, and weapons promising bloody redemption—all seduce with their sinister charm. Yet, it is a cruel deception.

I drift aimlessly, my movements floaty and uncertain. Navigation feels like endless torment rather than a satisfying conquest, as jagged geometry catches and holds me, cruelly undermining any momentum or flow.

The weapons, those instruments meant to empower my escape, ring hollow. Their sounds lack impact, their recoil an empty whisper—offering no satisfaction, no visceral thrill. Every shot deepens my despair.

Enemies appear not as clever guardians, but arbitrary punishments scattered thoughtlessly about these corrupted spaces. Their placement defies reason, enforcing a difficulty that frustrates rather than challenges. To advance is to suffer punishment without cause, discouraging boldness, rewarding hesitation—contrary to the very nature of the damned souls who seek freedom here.

After mere hours, I felt neither joy nor that elusive rhythm of exhilarating combat that such torment should inspire. There is no redemption here, no escape from this cycle of meaningless suffering. My soul grows weary—I will not return to endure further.
