Refreshing take on squad RPGs. Great depth and excellent bang for buck. This game makes me project on my mercenary squad. I care about some of them; and others find their way on the short end of a spear. I particularly enjoy burying mercenaries that don't survive a fight. I find them a nice spot by the road and give them a last good bye. The game feels like an improved fantasy version of X-Com mixed with Darkest Dungeon but much more forgiving.
