It helps that you have a prior idea of what Homestuck is, and yet I feel like it is not completely required to dive into this adventure. Hiveswap is a tale taking place in a somewhat familiar Earthly 1994 when alien-like creatures spawn terrorizing your backyard.

Very cute and intriguing, the puzzles are not very challenging and the quirky dialog is just the familiar work of Andrew Hussie and newcomer Cohen Edenfield.

Stardew Valley is one incredibly addictive life sim about embracing the rural life.

It may be easy to compare with Harvest Moon and Animal Crossing in experiences, and with a tiny bit of Minecraft in cave exploration.

Every day is very short (about 10 minutes, I would say) and each time it ends, you always want to do more, and the game constantly gives you more and more to do as your land develops.

There is a lot of customization available and it's also open for you to choose your romantic relationship regardless of gender choice.

Stardew Valley is a work that has been put a love of love into, and almost uncalled for to be a PC game, it feels like a lost SNES title. It must be part of your collection.

Also Abigail is such a sweetheart.

On the surface it may fool you to think it's a Minecraft clone, but it happens to be one of my favorite little rogue-likes.

It manages to be both goofy and unsettling in many situations you are going through the chambers looking for loot and escape from the non-euclidean abominations.

Really worth a spot in your library

For many years, mom would make me the strange question "can't you just befriend the monsters instead of fighting them?". I always thought that was silly, but few times I was wondering how that would be even work for a video game.

Well. Undertale actually does it. And it does it really, REALLY well.

Undertale actually gave me a lot more than I was expecting, and I was just curious to see what quirky supercool dude Toby "Radiation" Fox was building all along (yes, I never played the demo that was available before).

In very simple aspects it's easy to compare it with EarthBound, especially with its weirdo humor, but it really takes you to places you could not expect from not just an RPG but a video game in general.

Do not let the simple graphics fool you, you are about to have quite a ride.
