Also pro tip feed 4 monster meat to a pig to turn it into a werepig. Kill it for the materials needed for 1 hambat. (For fellow noobs who die a lot)

-Spend a good minute pressing your face on your monitor looking for any moving pixel, *DING blackscreen
-Waiting patiently for your team to advance while you defend the objective, *DING blackscreen (This time it was a teamkill)

Long story short, this game is just run run run *headshotted for half an hour. Next level entertainment right here.

DO NOT BUY THIS GAME FOR SINGLE PLAYER, the AI difficulty is ridiculous. Instead of each difficulty changing the way the AI chooses its tactical decisions, it gives the AI MASSIVE discounts on its units, effectively turning any match into a 1 unit type spam fest. Every time I try to play, no matter what tactics I use, whether it be a tank blitzkrieg or a guerilla war, the results are always the same: the sky is blackened by the sight of dozens of attack choppers, or an entire wall of tanks. The AI makes very little tactical plays and relies on simply zerging you down by out-pacing you with units to an ungodly level. I've played the multiplayer and this doesn't seem to be an issue and focuses on strategy, rather than the bologna that is its single-player.

1: Go to objective
2: Kill, interrogate, and/or destroy crates
3: Leave
4: Rinse and repeat until the game is over

The most fun I had was during the introduction; the missions actually felt unique from one another. After that, I can't remember any details of the missions that followed, because they were basically the same as the last one with a small change in scenery and a different cutscene. This game lacks a lot of the variety that Mafia II had. The story itself is pretty interesting, but it starts to become a pain having to force yourself through the same tedious missions to get to the cutscenes. Overall, it's OK. Not great, just OK.

I've gotten to a point that I can't finish the story. If I have to go to "X" and kill "Y" one more time, I'm going to kill myself.

I'd really like to recommend this game, but the difficulty spikes on some missions are so absurd that I can't. I have been defeated outright several times simply because the game decides that it's fine to throw late game enemies at you when you're just starting out. I also have a hole in my wall because of such matters.

Nearing victory with only a few turns to go, AI captures my capital, game crashes. Had to revert save, losing several hours of progress, gave up. Never felt more cheated in my life. Other than that, it was pretty good up until that point.

Alive for 1 day, killed by wolves. 10/10 pls make wolves less aggresive in the future.

The game doesn't allow loading last saves, so if you like to reload your save and try to learn from your mistakes, you're out of luck. :\
