Been a while since I played a good world building game such as this, there ARE games that are like this around, but never with this much complexity and they don't feel as organic or alive as this game.

Be ready to read instructions though.

Buy it and support this developer, they have more to give and it could expand into something more.

Beautiful game.

I am enjoying this game despite the performance issues.
Areas are alive and jam packed with activities, you're rewarded for your exploration.

Movement is smooth and well thought out, very easy and fast to move around complicated terrain, combat is fun and challenging as expected of a souls-like with an innovative twist on the ARPG genre.


Performance wise the game needs some work, it's clunky in some areas, I get heavy FPS drops and it's been a bit of nuisance since the gameplay relies heavily on fast paced timed reaction.

Add into great design and art, I expect nothing less than the creators of Ori.

Keep in mind this game is still in Early Access and yet still showing a lot of promise, love and passion by the developers.

I liked the game when it first got released, but after the terrible Managerial decisions, Community managers and Absoluty brain dead mismanagement of the game's balance, I am changing my review to negative.

Game's not worth it.

Waited so long for this game to leave Early Access before I buy it and I'm so glad I did.

I absolutely loved playing this game, even after 200 Hours of playing it, there are still so many details that I'm sure I missed.

This game has set the standard of story telling and writing that all of us should hold all of RPG games developers up to.

Writing is deep and rich, your choices 100% matter in each and every possible way, to top it all off you can play however and whichever way you want and the game would react to you, full role play.

Like all reviewers said, ACT 3 is def the weakest of all them, I had really big gripes with the endings too, but that's just personal opinion.

Anyway, to summarize, buy this game, it's amazing and very worth it.

Pretty good game, nice relaxing atmosphere, okay story. Just wish it was more challenging.

After a few upgrades you are able to take on hoards of Zombies easily.

Get in on a discount that's for sure.

Amazing chill as ♥♥♥♥ game. I recommend playing this with friends. Half the experience goes away if you play it solo, think of like Mincraft/rust with a dash of Dark souls for combat.

Really great atmosphere for such a small game. Love the devs, loving the game and hopefully it keeps getting more interesting updates.

One of the most well written profound RPG games i have ever played.

It has sadness
it has depression
it has Action
It has political ideologies

Everything's there.

You like having your choices actually matter? You like attire customization ? You like skill trees? You like replayability ?

It has them as well.

Be aware though there's a lot of Dialogue reading and you need to really take in the atmosphere, environment and pace yourself to keep track of the lore (which is by the way, pretty profound and mind-blowing)

10/10 game, it really does deserve the Masterpiece tag
