La fel am gresit mai demult punand si zarzavaturi, ca la stock (vezi reteta aici). Eroare totala! Nu este nevoie nici de radacina de patrajunel, pastarnac, telina sau ceapa in aceasta ciorba. Gustul si aroma specifice acestei ciorbe vin la final de la usturoi si de la amestecul de galbenusuri cu smantana. Am remarcat ca ciorba de burta nu are aspect โtaiatโ daca folosesc smantana lichida pentru gatit (30% grasime) in locul celei acrisoare, fermentate. Oricum fiecare isi acreste ciorba cu otet, direct in farfurie. Ciorba de burta reteta clasica pas cu pas VIDEO - din burta proaspata sau congelata
