UPDATE: Since I first reviewed this game, the creators have released even more updates to the game wanting to make up and show their love for their players. I can not believe the difference from the game I first played when it was first released and the amazing game it has become. Literally, at the beginning, there was no multiplayer aspects. There were no freighters. There were no frigates. The only encounters in space were occasional pirates. In recent updates, they have done graphical updates on water. Added fishing. Added the new planet type infested by corrupt sentinels and the story expands with each adventure while still allowing you to make your own story. They also added the ability to customize your own difficulty. As well as updated Space Stations altogether! For those who used to play the game and stepped away... Seriously, take another look. There is so much to see and do. The worlds are beautiful and the community is amazing. So step back into the randomly generated universe and join us as we map out the universe!

This game started out on the rocks due to a rushed release. But the makers of this game have pushed themselves to make sure to get out updated content and community events that have really livened up the game. I have truly begun to enjoy the game again.

Abyss Release
I at first didn't really look into this release, staying mostly about ground due to oxygen limitations. What I hadn't realized is the oxygen depleats at a slower rate than what it used to. Leaving exploration much more accessable. Not to mention the creation of the underwater sub as a terrain vehicle and underwater bases! To really top it off and truely make me excited about this one expansion, is I ran into an abomitable horror which tried to eat me! What else lies deeper in the water?!

Visions
I haven't explored too much into Visions as of yet but I have encountered a few of the updates during the community event currently going on. The new fauna and flora just add that little bit extra. There was also so fossils I dug up! I can be an archeologist now *puts on Indiana Jones hat*, "Lets do this".

One of those games that will leave you saying just 5 more minutes and when you look up at the clock it has been 5 hours later.
