[*]In the reason text box explain why you are requesting a refund; "Requesting refund as publisher is now requiring 3rd party account after purchase and I do not agree with the change of service"
[*]If you purchased the deluxe edition or whatever it was called, don't forget to request a refund for that as well as it will be listed as a separate purchase
