Go in blind - play enough "runs" that it starts to click, and it will blow your mind. Absolutely mindblowing storytelling and philosophical title but it is never condescending about it. 10/10

Very satisfying roguelite twitch shooter - meta in the best of ways, cheesy over the top 80s style action while being incredibly self aware and non-pretentious.

Literally Survival Crafting game in Black Mesa and SCP Foundation, combined with Project Zomboid. It wears its inspirations on its sleeve and doesn't shy away from its influences, and still manages to create an amazing, immersive experience that is both extremely nostalgic yet fresh. The graphic design choices are amazing and I absolutely love the care and attention to detail in the animations.

You can roll around in the office chairs! You dig in your backpack when you're in your inventory, what more do you need?

500 hours later - yeah, I like it.

If you loved the original Dungeon Keeper 2 - this is a faithful (remaster) essentially. If you've never played DK2, it's definitely worth it. It scratches that nostalgic itch for me. Especially since they got the original voice actor to come back - huge win there.

However, it doesn't really do anything "new" compared to the original DK2. QoL and what not, sure, but in essence, it's a more modern take of the old classic.

Unfortunately Starfield feels soulless. It feels shallow and empty. They opted for a massive amount of planets but there's no reason to explore.

Settlement building is clunky, ship building is cool but there's really no point, as you don't *do* anything in your ship.

And the loading screens, expect anywhere from 3-7 loading screens every time you travel anywhere.

The companions are the worst/most bland I have ever seen in my life. Utterly forgettable.

I really do not believe that DLC or Mods can give this game a soul. Skyrim had one, it just needed to be brought out and polished, this one just feels... forgettable.

(and magic? Literally skyrim, again)

Ah man, this is one of those games you regret not being able to play for the first time again.

All you need to know is that 1) it's a detective game. 2) It's incredible.

The soundtrack really pulls it all together. I've been thinking about it since I beat it.

Absolutely incredible. Cannot believe this is Early Access.

FTL, Factorio, Rimworld, etc. This falls right into that category. The ship combat is satisfying, the music is amazing, I opened it for the first time and immediately put 14 hours into it.

I am thrilled to see where this game goes. Keep up the good work dev!!
