I've spawned, walked straight to and managed to kill every faction leader in several old playthroughs of this game and it let me go on without so much as a hiccup. Don't ask me how many times the game has crashed on PC though.

Spent an hour and a half figuring out my login info just so I could express my anger with Take Two. When I played GTA, 95% of my time was spent in single player using mods. Would NOT recommend.
