Mahjong is the best game. Balatro is an excellent game. Smoosh them together and you get a fantastic game.

An amazing blend of Hades, Vampire Survivors, and Diablo 2. This game is great and you should get it.

Everything about this game is excellent. The mechanics, the art, the music, the story, the characters and their personalities.

One of the few games in recent years that I've actually wanted to (and did) finish. Truly phenomenal, and you need to check it out!

Reverted to previous positive review after the anti-consumer practices were reversed.

Extremely polished. Huge amount of content. Buttery smooth mechanics and movement. Absolutely banging soundtrack. This game is a blast to play and will just keep you coming back, highly recommend this.

Freaking awesome game, fast paced and incredibly fun. Monetisation actually very good for a free game, very easy to unlock the characters with in-game currency! Strongly recommend this!

Fights in Tight Spaces is a delicious combination of tactical turn-based combat with the tight deckbuilding focus of games like Slay the Spire, Monster Train, and Griftlands. This is a game that lets you play in so many ways, from the variety of difficulty options, to the wealth of cards and upgrades supporting differing strategies. To cap this off, the visual aesthetic is gorgeous and the soundtrack is incredible.

This game is well worth your purchase. However, a couple of minor issues:
1. There can sometimes be so much information on screen when using the ALT key that it looks overwhelming in contrast to the clean aesthetic
2. Movement control cards and the ability to instant-kill many enemies by throwing them into the 'void' feels extremely strong; I've yet to find a reason not to try and build this deck other than wanting to try something different
3. Some screens don't show you all the information you'd like (i.e. when levelling up and getting new cards)
4. I'd like the replay system to be a bit smoother in how it links moves, and the ability to save replays.

Seriously though, buy this game. The feeling you get from a clever turn while the killer soundtrack plays is a rare joy.

In my brief time playing, an excellent real-time strategic game unfurled before me. You will make mistakes and you will learn. You will feel clever and you will feel silly. You will discover ways to make small efficiencies that turn into huge pay offs, and you will feel awful when you accidentally roll away a die you meant to keep.

Experiment, try things, play with the systems and start to understand them. If you think you'll enjoy this game, you likely will. Don't let the reviews of people expecting a turn-based game fool you. Though I will say, it would be nice to be able to move dice while paused.

The game's fantastic but there's not enough players to reliably find a group. Definitely pick it up if you have friends to play it with. If you're a big fan of Alien, wait for it to be on sale because the solo experience is not worth the current price.

Devs, this game needs a free-to-play weekend or a price drop. You've got something great here, but you need the players.
