Great open world game with a little bit of rpg elements and many stats to build upon. The game does not care about you and you are not a main character anymore than anyone else in the world.
Graphics are dated, yet the visuals are stunning and often beautiful.
The soundtrack gives you a constant feeling of hopelessness and dread, which fits as you will likely die.
Combat system is unique and physics based which is awesome, a bit of tactical placement and you can strike down a whole squad of enemy fighters with your saber.

This game is not GOTY, neither is it trash. After years of game releases either being industry defining or trash beyond recognition, this game is exactly what it should be. A Bethesda game with all the wonders and flaws to be expected.
Overall the story is decent, there's plentiful mechanics and the the world/ generated locations are quite interesting.
The graphics seem a little dated, game likely will need a day one patch to fix some pretty low fps (Running 50 fps on a VERY high end rig).
In terms of bugs, it's the most polished Bethesda release i've ever played.
If you generally liked fallout 4 or skyrim, this game is 100% worth it.
If you just played Baldurs gate 3, you will find yourself constantly dissapointed with the bland companions in the game. I often talked to my companion after certain events to hear their input, just to remember it was a bethesda game and they had nothing to say on the matter.

Great game with lots of potential, had a lot of fun throughout the first few rounds with some randoms. We gave the enemy more freedom than they could possibly handle.
Game is in early access and was only released this early to help build up a community to aid in improving the game.. Most bad reviews are people who did not follow the dev blogs or don't know what early access is.. It's everything they promised it would be at this stage. If you want the full fledge promised endgame experience, wait 6-24 months.
If you want a fun game that is in development and therefor obviously is lacking certain features ect, get it now and have a great time!

OMG Almost first!
Great for stoners who likes to listen to the voices of the guns and goofy character designs.
Gameplay wise... Play it for the humor and story and not for the gameplay.

Humor and seemingly improvised dialogue is perfectly in tune with what we know and love from Rick and Morty and Solar Opposites. The humor os dark and immature at times, just like we come to expect. All around a very pleasent and entertaining setting to be in, with decent cartoon like graphics and good looking locations.

Gameplay:
Humor seems to be the games main focus and as such there is a lot of walking around and experiencing the goofy settings and voice lines of characters in whatever situations you might be presented.
Guns are interesting due to the types of weapons, but the actual gunplay is very mid tier, most fights are quickly dealt with by jumping around to dodge the shots while spamming the enemy until they die. Ofc since weapons aren't ballistic, we can't expect recoil, insta kill headshots and other realistic mechanics, but i'll still double down that gunplay (even under the circumstances) is very tedious and does not feel pleasent or rewarding.
I'd never recommend this game to a hardcore FPS fan for it's shooter qualities.

The game does have tiny RPG elements such as limited dialogue ect but they are all unnecessary, unimpactful and could be replaced by a skip dialogue option as thye are often used to just get extra information out of characters and doesn't actually have any meaningful use.

Great game.
Visuals and graphics were amazing, the camera placement was superb and the visual cues were perfectly timed.
Story was pretty good and left me longing for answers for hours, like a good movie. Combat was mostly close, fast and brutal. Campaign is fairly short but considering what i pay to go to the movies, i'd say these 12 hours have been money well spent.
Experienced no lag or stutter (am using beast of a pc)
Even then, most issues have been fixed by patches, i atleast experienced nothing, to me this was the first big release in years than ran flawlessly without bugs.
My 2 Issues:
1. After getting guns, the game is not nearly as spooky.

Enjoyed this game alot, great story, great gameplay and good graphics.
The trailer is misleading though and the hordes are both smaller and much less intelligent.

10/10 Build 41 is a game changer.

omg great game xD i plyed for almost 2 hours before i realised its just a remake of zombiU for the wiiU..
but its still great.. not as openworld as i expected.. but great story.. even though i can't wait to figure out who the ingame stalker is xD
