Groundhog day but with guns

This game is the bomb. I reccomend you challenge yourself with a no killing run. Then it becomes really fun and makes you deppressed most of the time

Hey, hey people.

What a good day to make offbrand content. Considering that i have too much free time and enjoy Sseths content, i will make this review, trying to mirror his style. Please enjoy.

So, you've decided to buy this product. First of all, shame on you. Second, welcome to the club. Foxtail is a point-and-click adventure. In other words, its a game where you pick up a bunch of pointless items, hoping they will help you. Most of the items are mundane objects like: some candy, a pie and a some hardcore drugs. All very common objects you'll find in a crack den. As per usual we'll be dividing this review in segments starting with

GAMEPLAY

You point onto something and click it. You either pick up the item or get some insightful commentary like "This is a vase. You can put flowers in it". Truly a magnificent thing. The core premise is that you want something. That thing is usually inaccessible because of some idiot who has nothing better to do and as such decides to waste your life. Because of that you have to do task, mostly consisting of getting items for them. Truly wonderful.

STORY

You play as Leah: a female gamer girl who also happens to be a furry. You were on your way to see your grandma when tragedy strikes: she had forgotten her medication. Now because i'm a lazy sonva ♥♥♥♥♥ i'll do a quick rundown of the chapters that are available. Starting with

CHAPTER 1

Grandma says you'll have to make her some tea. Problem is you appear to suffer from amnesia and have forgotten how to make tea. So you gotta ask the local tesco employee how to make one. Turns out : he's deaf. He still tells you how to make it though so he will live another day. This is the first and only time where puzzles have different ways of solving them. And by different i mean "You either ate every berry there was or you didn't". What a tremendous difference. You make the tea, have some flashbacks of your grandpa who went missing and find out she hasn't had her daily mushroom fix. Now you must save her so you can get more of the cookies she makes.

CHAPTER 2

You find out you have to cross a lake or a river (Didn't bother to find out). Thankfully there is a captain. One small problem: he is terribly incompetent. He somehow managed to destroy his whole ship and you gotta fix everything. Truly magnificent. You blow some stuff up to fix his sail, steal a birds nest so it wont peck you while you're fixing the sail and shoot a cannon so you can get a tick that's too high to reach. As you can see this chapter isn't very interesting. As such we'll be moving on to

CHAPTER 3

After you cross the river lake, you find yourself in the outskirts of the spencer mansion. Outside you can talk to some hippy birds who have smoked too much weed and don't seem to keen on helping you and a crow fortune teller who lives up to her profession and rips you off to tell you where some moles went. When you enter the mansion, you find only two people: a mantis who willingly won't help you because he is a cuck and a depraved monkey who won't stop failing at playing the piano. Guess what you have to do. Up to that point all puzzles where fairly fair. Not here. If you don't want to have a brain aneurysm or value your time, i suggest opening a guide for this part.

FINAL SCORE

Foxtail is a very good homage to old school adventures. It's fun, it's pretty and it's charming. I give it ten stack of marijuana out of 10 tb of furry porn. I've enjoyed it and hope you will to.

Hey you. Yea you. Have you ever seen an NPC in a game and thought: "Hmm, i wish i could torment them and leave them with PTSD for the rest of their life. Oh and also, i want to hack of every single one of their hands so they are helpless and cant do anything about me torturing them.". Well my boy, this is the game for you.
