Seems like the mandatory PSN linking idea has been called off.
Which is great, because this is a genuinely fun co-op game that is honestly highly comedic with how silly things can go.
For sufficient levels of democratic silliness I recommend bringing at least one sentry gun to bug missions.

It's kind of weird to me how the publisher decided to list the game for sale in countries that, according to their own TOS, can't make PSN Accounts, despite intending to make those mandatory.

Bit of a funny oversight, eh?

Funny how the country I'm in is on that list of countries with no PSN access too.
