The deepest simulation game ever made; Now with graphics, a nice UI, mouse support, and a fantastic soundtrack.

Once again, an example of why Steam needs a "Maybe" option.

It's a solid game with a very interesting weapon customisation & bionics system, partially ruined by bad enemy spawn behaviour (they will quite literally spawn on top of you, on many occasions) and a couple of bugs that can force you to restart from a previous checkpoint during a mission.

Besides these issues, though, it's fun enough that I completed it and maxed out the bionics system (~16 hours of gameplay). It has a good pace of action, and interesting enough repeatable side missions to grind up some money for upgrades. You have a good amount of freedom of movement, and the level design is fairly good and allows for a lot of verticality.

Probably one of the single most replayable games out there, not to mention rivalling even Minecraft and Skyrim in terms of modding community.

If the 98% positive reviews can't convince you, I'm not sure what can.

All in all, a pretty fun free to play game with a decent skill ceiling. Especially fun if you can get some friends in to form a reliable team.

Thoroughly enjoying the game!

I've been wanting an Animal Crossing-like on PC for years now, but most of the promising looking games either didn't fully capture the AC spirit, or went into too different of a direction. This one is honestly perfect, and still manages to provide its own unique charm / personality!

As some other reviews have pointed out, it feels a lot like Animal Crossing meets Stardew Valley meets Minecraft, and I think that's a pretty fair assessment! It really brings out the best in each respective game.

I haven't tested multiplayer yet; But as far as singleplayer content goes, this is bringing me straight back to those summers spent as a kid playing the original Animal Crossing.

It's a good game.

All in all, a very solid mech game.

The new major update has finally made stations actually functional and useful, by allowing users to build spaceship designer halls and alloy crafting machines. Along with this, there's also moon bases and moon mining, and a plethora of other new features. It has been pretty great to see a lot of players and faction members return, and actually hype about new projects!

That being said, it does need addressing that the developer team has been reduced significantly in size since this update; So if the current gameplay doesn't quite sell it for you, I'd suggest holding off for a bit to see how things go.

In any case; Even though the game is very unfinished, there's nothing *quite* like it, and I can honestly say my money was well spent. It has been an incredible journey from all the way before Closed Alpha up to now. Thank you, Frozenbyte!

The developer works non-stop to bring us new updates on a nearly weekly basis. This, along with fantastic communication - both on Steam and on their Discord server - deserves to be rewarded.

If you're at all into Dwarf Fortress or Rimworld, you should give this game a shot.
