I did not. Documentation I looked up on that HORI Racing Overdrive Wheel seemed pretty definitive that version of the wheel would not work on PC. They make versions of it that do work on PC though, just not that particular model.
I kept my eye on the used market and shortly after that I found a good deal on a Thrustmaster T300RS Wheel & Pedals and went with that instead. At this point, I have been deep into Sim Racing for around 1.5 years and I can confirm that I don't think that HORI wheel is worth the effort it would require to get working on PC if at all possible.
