A great game. While you can go in blind, I feel learning a little about the lore of The Mechanicum/ Adeptus Mechanicus and what they represent in 40k lore goes a long way to bringing the narrative to life.

Once you start to learn the intricacies of using cognative points and certain tech priest builds, you will find yourself pulling off sweet strategic manoeuvres to exterminate the necron threat.

Random elements will happen on missions but so far the unlocks have been moreish and there is a charm to the characters. Defo wroth a look if you even remotely like squad based games or 40k.
