I literally had 43 hours in the game so its of little worries for me

The ban you see on my account is due to my steam being hacked and Rust getting a ban. I already tried to appeal to the game developers and explained to them that I was out of town since May 6th until now May 10th. Unfortunately their EAC policy states that all bans are permanent even if the account was hacked. I have permanently removed Rust from my steam library. I bought the game in 2019 and have barely played it at all. At least it was on sale when I bought it.

Just to make things clear. I have never, nor will I ever cheat in any multiplayer online game.
