After 100 hours and getting all of the achievements I believe I can give more clarified opinion about the game. In general, the RPG and plot and gungame is the great pros for the game. But the drive, zombie NPC, and useless factions make the game decent and not more than that.

But it is one of the best AAA games in the last few years.

Pros:
-Gungame
-Plot
-Night City
-Side missions
-Great skill tree
-You can play this game in 100 ways (stealth, combat, fist only, different weapons and upgrades)

Cons:
-Drive sucks
-Zombie NPCs
-Multiple plot choice in the game is mostly useless
-Need more than decent PC to run
-The factions and gangs are literally useless placeholders. I don't know their background and frankly I dont care about them.
-For unknown reason you cannot max all of your skills and it feels like a lazy way to make you do multiple playthroughs.
-Gigs and side activities (besides Cyberpsychos and large side missions) are boring and placeholders.

This game is one of the best AAA in the last years, and it is 8/10 game for me, which says a lot about the state of AAA games. Yet, it was for me a great pleasure to play the game. I hope DLC and Expansion packs to the game will make it the masterpiece it should be.

Buy this game if you got the PC and the time to dive into the game.
