Then those players will get into the same guilds, forming an alliance and denying the rest of the server the chance to gear up too. It's how the game is. Bad RNG doesn't help either. All in all, if you are able to spend 10h a day on the game you'll do just fine - if you have a job or like to go outside. you probably want to give this a pass unless you're willing to throw money at them for compensating the lack of playtime. allowing players to switch servers so easily defeats the purpose of doing servers in the first place. Merges are cool when servers die - but outside of that players should start over if they want to go to a new server. Did I mention RNG?
