Time played is not regonized for the DLC store page and thus I cannot review the DLC on that store page. I apolgize for any confusion and I hope DLC store pages are fixed so we can start reviewing appropriately!

The provided commanders are a bit lack luster, I find that the micro purchased generals easily make this micro expansion an suburb expansion of units. Otherwise just the bare expansion with out the purchasable rare generals is simply "meh".

Expac w/out the purchasble generals: 7/10
Expac w/the purchasble generals: 9/10

Oh and did I mention the pack of rare generals cost 11.99 to purchase (for all 3) on top of having to buy the base "British Forces". You can however have the generals drop as a war spoil at the end of a game for free while playing as the british should you get lucky enough (I've never had a single commander drop yet for any faction 200+ hours in).

Overall with or with out the purchasable generals beyond the initial buy, I recommend the expansion.
