I give this game a "Meh!" rating.

It's fun for certain players I guess, for myself I find the game to be too lackluster. The menu/lobby system is a bit annoying, when you look up character info there is no back-button to go back to the previous, instead you have to redo the process again from start, several little things like that.

The gameplay itself is quite slow, with tiny burts of action here and there, most of the time is spent looking for crafting materials while trying to figure out what you need and from which area. Equipment plays a big part in combat, I played as a character named Fiora who fights like a fencer, with a rapier (yes, VERY much like Fiora in League of Legends, it's a slow clone of her), and beat several other players who had both higher levels and more total health. I still lost (got second place), because suddenly the area I was in became restricted "Ok, no problem, I'll just loot this killed player and move on, I have 30 seconds to leave this area.", but checking the map showed me that the only available area left was on the other side of the map! I got about halfway there, running as straight and fast as I could, before the time was up and I exploded. That felt really cheap. It's possible that I missed something crucial that could have saved me, but if that is so, the game clearly failed in informing me about it.

Oh, and the actual fights! They are boring too, imho, it reminds me alot more of tab-targeting fights where you just stand still pressing buttons when skills cooldown, like in most mmorpgs, than the action you get from games like LoL or DotA

All in all, this is a game for some people, but not for me. It's an "OK-ish" game, not something I will recommend or even remember.

Castlevania: Lords of Shadow – Mirror of Fate is one of the most boring games I have played.

I mean, if I play a Castlevania game, if I am that type of gamer, do I really need to have a large blinking arrow pointing towards an obvious "hidden" path, that I need to go in order to progress through the level? It's like it's aimed towards small children, but then again the game has skeletons, zombies and other kinds of gory monsters (with gore). But if it's not for children, then whom? Not Castlevania fans, that's for sure.

Began playing this game (got it from a bundle) because it seemed to have neat rare achievements to replace the ones I have on my profile showcase, and I wanted a game to kill time with. Got hooked, now I can't get enough of it.

Still loving it, about a year later.
