Influence mechanics aside, this is one of the best games ever made by Paradox even though the AI is wonky and the economy can be EASILY destroyed or exploited (or both if you want to).
DLCs are mandatory but not so expensive, since this is an older game.

9.9/10 because we seriously need this game to be Steam Workshop-supported.
