They have just announced they are no longer working on DLC for this game and are only publishing "small updates" with the content that was planned. This is another way of saying that development is ramping down over the next few months. This game essentially has at most 2 years left of support before it's abandoned by the developers, likely at the behest of Tencent telling them to stop working on games that aren't bringing in a lot of revenue.
