After over 100 hours spent in this game (pre-order and played at launch), I can easily say that despite all the bugs the experience is good.
The biggest problem, for me, is the fact that the story feels cut off, No matter which life path you choose there will not be much of a difference except for the first few minutes of the game. And past a certain point, it feels like the story is becoming less and less polished.
The car mechanics are also pretty underdeveloped and quite messy at times.
