We have reviewed the footage based on Tr1g's report and found that Felwinter is guilty of cheating. Due to poor aim and tactics it appears this user decided to use aim assisting software to compensate.

Fortunately due to the fact that we also found video files of the user (which was accidentally recorded via his webcam he left on) where he is looking into the darkness of his screen and repeatedly saying "Stop it - get some help." every time he got a cheat assisted kill - we will NOT be permanently banning this user as he seems to show remorse.
