A nice step up from the Men of War series into the modern era, the main difference being that you can now have a first person view at the battlefield whilst directly controlling your units!

The best Warhammer fantasy title to date! Can't wait for the third installment!

Brutally Awesome!

Dangerously addictive fun with friends, not for the squeamish...

Works and plays very well, finished the basic playthrough and now need to do the "Pro" versions.

Could do with some more vehicles (I assume they're coming), Pick up trucks and actual proper Trucks!

Overall a fun nostalgic trip back to the realms of Dark Future, hopefully more to come!

Spent 8 hours completing the campaign in order to view the complete set of relics as Mission 2 always bugged for me in the "Standard" edition, on first playthrough of Mission 2 one of the relics didn't spawn meaning I had to restart that mission. Then upon completion of the entire campaign I forgot (it's the same in the standard edition) that you're unable to view the "completed" set of relics and then realized I'd just wasted 8 hours in order to find that out (again).

The Enhanced Edition does add some better features than the first edition, though I must state that this is what the initial game should've been like and this still needs work. If I gave both versions ratings out of 10 the standard would be 6/10 and this version 7/10. The game does boast impressive visuals, the gameplay is relatively good, though the lack of missions and repetitive nature of the game makes longevity an issue and I doubt I'll play through the SP campaign again; I may check out MP though I doubt I'll spend more than another 8 hours doing that (more so considering the lack of players).

Maybe we'll get the Super Enhanced Edition next year and we can forget about the first two...

Highly recommended (more so if you ever played the first two games), the older games look a bit dated compared to modern shooters; but the new Max Payne 3 although 3 years old (roughly) runs and plays like GTA IV or V. Story is compelling, I played through the entire single player game in one sitting and thoroughly enjoyed it, even when I started to tire and get murdered! :D

The much anticipated Stand Alone version created from the mod is still in Early Access and apparently will still be in EA for many years to come, my best advice is to either play the mod (if there are still servers active) or wait another 2 years before buying this "game" and I use that term very loosely.

What you can expect:

Pros: Great visuals.

Cons: Very buggy gameplay, Memory Leaks (crashes), UI Bugs, No Tutorial or any form of "official" instructions, Rare Updates, Very Little Loot, Boring Gameplay and no end game goal.

Update: Literally the only game on my Steam game list that has serious issues Uninstalling, currently it's taken about 1 hour and still not finished. As far as the previous statements go, they're still applicable.

Very intense, high adrenalin action, first/third person shooter; evolved from the ARMA 3 mod this game is currently in early access and is working to complete the transition from mod to full game (sales are already in the millions).

Looking forward to see how this develops, though I'd like some more options from the Pioneer crates such as: exotic melee weapons, hold out pistols, throwing weapons (shuriken, knives, etc..) and possibly low class body armour - as starting equipment. Mainly since the Pioneer crates are purely cosmetic at the moment and adding minor weapons (if balanced) won't ruin the game.

Certainly gets my seal of approval considering it's early access and unlike other E.A. games isn't broken in more ways than one.

So atmospheric it'll give you scurvy and sea sickness!

The visuals are great, I've seen a few ships catch fire only to explode a short time later; audio is just as good with water effects and cannon fire. There are a few rough edges such as certain elements of the UI, but overall I'd recommend it to anyone interested in Naval warfare from the sailing era.

So far I've released a few videos for it whilst playing as pirates, though there will be more to follow I'm sure.
